Only by connecting the power supply to the pump, the pump can be used imme- diately. If the push-button operating switch is pressed, the 2-way solenoid valve is powered and discharge oil as soon as the motor starts to rotate. If the push-button is pressed and held then, when pressure reaches the preset pressure for the pressure switch, the motor stops automatically and the pressure is maintained. If the push-button is released, the motor stops and the power is not supplied to the 2-way solenoid valve. Accordingly, the cylinder is depressurized and retracted.*Except the MP-4D-PA lilO■Electric circuit diagram (D-PA) ● An SW-PA package pump means an SW pump equipped with a control box, a push-button operation switch, a pressure switch (DPGS-70), etc., which can be used immediately after a power supply is connected to the pump. The motor starts to rotate by turning on the start switch of the electromagnetic switch attached to the pump. Pressing the PUSH button and PULL button of the push-button switch discharges the oil from port A and port B, respectively. The cylinder operates while a push-button is pressed and held. It stops when the button is released. Because a pilot controlled check valve is attached to this pump, the pressure is maintained even if a push-button is released while pressure is applied. If the other push-button is pressed and the pressure reaches a certain level, pressure maintenance ends. Do not allow the power to be supplied continuously to the solenoid valve of this pump for one minute or more. Do not allow the switching frequency to exceed 20 cycles/min.● SW-PA package pumps do not restart operation automatically even if pressure drops during pressure maintenance.■Package pumps for double-acting cylinders (SB-PA and S-PA models) ● Equipped with a 4-way 3-position spool-type solenoid operated directional valve, the SB and S pumps operates a double-acting cylinder. The hydraulic oil returns from the pump to the oil tank at the neutral position.● An SB-PA (S-PA) package pump means an SB (S) pump equipped with a control box, push-button operation switch, and pressure switch (DPGS-70), and can be used immediately after a power supply is connected to the pump. Select this if pressure maintenance is not needed. Please note that this pump cannot maintain pressure. Do not allow the power to be supplied continuously to the solenoid valve of this pump for one minute or more. In addition, do not allow the switching frequency to exceed 20 cycles/min.*The D-PA, SW-PA, SB-PA, and S-PA are make-to-order products.*The operating voltage is 200 V. The MP-4D-PA is for 100 V.*A 2.5 m power cable and a 5 m operating switch cables are included.*The MP-4D-PA includes a pressure switch (PCS-700).*The D-PA includes a switch box with one push-button. If a foot switch is needed, please let us know your request.*The SW-PA, SB-PA, and S-PA include a switch box with two push-buttons. If a foot switch is needed, please let us know your request.■Electric circuit diagram (SW-PA/SB-PA/S-PA) 77■Package pumps for double-acting cylinders (SW-PA models) ● Equipped with a 4-way 3-position spool-type solenoid operated directional valve, the SW pumps operate a double-acting cylinder. The hydraulic oil returns from the pump to the oil tank at the neutral position. By using the pilot controlled check valve, the pressure can be maintained. If a high-capacity cylinder is used, or if the workpiece pushes back the cylinder when pressure decreases, it is recommended to provide a pressure reducing circuit.
