Even in the unlikely event that double pressure occurs, installing this valve on the pull-side connection port will release hydraulic oil from the safety valve to prevent damage to the cylinder, coupler, high-pressure hose, etc.● The maximum working pressure of this valve is 70 MPa, and this valve will be activated at about 80 MPa. ● This valve should be mounted directly on the port of the pull side of the double acting cylinder. (Do not connect through a coupler.) ● An orifice plug (φ3) is in the drain port (Rc1/8) of the valve. Remove the orifice plug when plumb drain port. ● When the valve is activated, hydraulic fluid will gush out from the drain port with extremely high force. The spouted hydraulic fluid may cause injury to nearby workers. The direction of the hydraulic oil spout should be carefully considered as it may contaminate the surrounding area.● When the valve is activated, the internal packing is damaged, so hydraulic fluid will continue to be released from the safety valve even if the pull-side pressure drops. Therefore, if the cylinder is installed in a direction where the piston extends downward, be careful of the piston falling down its own weight after the valve is activated.● When the valve is activated, be sure to investigate the cause of the blockage on the pull side and solve the problem before replacing a new safety valve.44CSVR3-SP05-150VC
