If the screw-in length is insufficient, the valve may come off, causing injury. ● The tightening torques of the valve retaining bolts (M6) and the plate retaining bolts (M8) must be 12 to 13 N·m and 20 to 25 N·m, respectively. Improper tightening of bolts may cause oil leakage or damage the bolts, by which the KD valve may be detached resulting in injury.● Since the KD valve has a balance mechanism, observe the pressure balance of each port as follows. Otherwise, the equipment may be damaged resulting in poor performance. If air remains, pressure may fluctuate or not be raised.
